Accountabilities
In this role, you will be responsible for leading company-wide operations, driving strategic execution, and ensuring strong alignment across business units to support sustainable growth and performance.
- Oversee daily operations across all departments including IT, marketing, sales, HR, and finance to ensure efficiency and alignment with business goals.
- Partner closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to define strategic direction, set performance objectives, and execute growth initiatives.
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and business plans to improve productivity, scalability, and organizational effectiveness.
- Monitor business performance through KPIs, data analysis, and reporting, providing actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Lead talent development, performance management, and organizational capability building to strengthen leadership depth across teams.
- Manage key stakeholder relationships, including clients, vendors, and strategic partners, to support business expansion and operational continuity.
- Drive business development initiatives, including identifying new opportunities, supporting partnerships, and contributing to expansion strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree is highly preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in senior management or operational leadership roles, ideally within marketing, advertising, or digital businesses.
- Strong strategic planning, business development, and organizational leadership capabilities.
- Solid understanding of core business functions including finance, HR, marketing, and operations.
- Experience working with performance metrics, data analysis, and KPI-driven decision-making.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and executive reporting skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational change in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in digital transformation, fundraising, or large-scale business expansion is an advantage.
