About the Role:Reside Health is looking for a Chief Operating Officer who is highly motivated, mission-driven, and eager to build an innovative healthcare company from the ground up. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about challenging the status quo in healthcare and excited to work in fast-paced startup environment with the autonomy to build systems, processes, and teams. Working closely with the CEO, you will be responsible for driving the company’s rocket ship growth and powering the systems that enable us to deliver exceptional care with a best-in-class experience.
What You Will Do:- Work with the executive leadership team to develop key company-wide priorities and to set annual and quarterly OKRs
- Drive end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives, such as member growth & engagement, member experience, and practitioner experience
- Launch new services, sites, and markets, including performing financial modeling and operational analyses
- Develop playbooks and processes, in collaboration with physician leadership, to ensure we continue to deliver innovative, high-quality care as efficiently as possible
- Work closely with the product team to create innovative tools to support business ops
- Build systems for people-related operations, including hiring, onboarding, and training
- Help build a positive and supportive company culture
- 10+ years in leading Ops at a tech-enabled healthcare services company
- Demonstrated track record of leading cross-functional teams
- Expertise and deep knowledge of the healthcare industry, value-based care, and digital health landscape
- Analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skillsÂ
- Proven ability in project management and executing against goals/ metrics
- Demonstrated skill in interpreting data and generating actionable insights
- Excellent communication, written & oral presentation skills
- Experience at early-stage healthcare startup preferred

We are building primarily in-person teams at our NYC headquarters and this role will require significant presence at our clinical practices. We require proof of COVID 19 vaccination (+ booster) as we believe that is the best way to ensure everyone’s safety in our workplace.
