You will be instrumental in designing and optimizing all operational functions, ensuring the brokerage operates in a compliant and efficient manner. Partnering closely with the executive team, you will translate strategic vision into actionable plans. Accountabilities
Design and implement end-to-end operational infrastructure for a modern brokerageEstablish scalable processes across trade lifecycle, client onboarding, funding, and withdrawalsEnsure operational readiness for rapid growth across futures and crypto marketsTranslate company vision into operational frameworks, KPIs, and execution plansBuild systems that support high-volume trading activity with speed and reliabilityIdentify bottlenecks and continuously optimize performance across all workflowsPartner with Compliance and Legal to ensure operations meet regulatory standardsImplement controls supporting a compliant, audit-ready organizationOversee operational risk management and escalation frameworksBuild and scale a high-performance trader support functionEnsure fast, accurate resolution of client issues across global marketsManage relationships with clearing firms, liquidity providers, and vendorsHire, develop, and lead high-performing operations teamsEstablish a culture of accountability and executionRequirements
10+ years of experience in operations leadership in brokerage, fintech, or financial servicesProven experience building operational infrastructure in a high-growth environmentDeep understanding of brokerage operations, including trade lifecycleStrong knowledge of regulatory environments (CFTC, NFA, SEC)Experience managing vendor ecosystems including clearing firmsDemonstrated ability to build teams and processes from the ground upHighly analytical with strong problem-solving skillsComfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-accountability startup environmentBenefits
