Role: Chief People OfficerÂ
Location: London or New YorkÂ
ROLE MISSIONÂ
We are looking for a brilliant Global CPO to lead the People function after a change in role for the incumbent. You will need to have a passion for people and their development whilst also keeping ahead of current treads and the economic climate that impacts different regions globally. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLEÂ
As the discipline lead for HR Globally the CPO will be responsible for the Global People Strategy and setting of Global People Targets for IIG for the next 3-5 years, ensuring they are aligned to the Global business strategy. You will be an inspirational leader to a high performing & award-winning People function that delivers against business targets. Working with the CEO, Board and Executive Teams, you will be a trusted, ensuring that our values are embodied and driven from the top down. Â
You will be leading the analysis of employee feedback and data, with the aim of creating a better working environment and engaged culture. Identifying gaps, proposing and implementing changes to process to ensure our people are always at the heart of all we do. Â
We would like our CPO to have a genuine interest and drive to create efficiencies through technology, you will be curious and up to date with the latest products on the market. Â
