Chief Product Officer 

We're seeking an experienced Chief Product Officer to lead our Product Management team in shaping and executing the strategic direction of our innovative "All-in-One" developer platform. Responsible for the entire product lifecycle, you'll ensure alignment between vision, client needs, and technical execution to drive success in financial markets.

Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate a compelling product vision aligned with company strategy.
• Collaborate with Engineering for a comprehensive product roadmap that drives customer value.
• Mentor a team of product managers for high-quality deliverables.
• Identify opportunities, assess risks, and make strategic decisions.
• Use product expertise for agile development, iterating based on feedback.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration for successful product outcomes.
• Analyze customer feedback to continuously improve the product.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration, bringing together engineering, product management, marketing, sales, customer success and other teams to ensure alignment and driving the product’s success.
• Make informed decisions through market research and data analysis.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of proven product management experience, ideally in FinTech or startups.
• Led products from concept to launch with iterative improvements.
• Strong technical background in financial services and/or technology.
• Strategic thinker, data-driven decision maker.
• Experienced in cross-functional leadership and collaboration.
• Customer-centric mindset for real-world problem-solving.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Passion for innovation and industry trends.

Expected Salary Range: $200,000 - $250,000
