Job Description

We’re looking for a collaborative Chief Product Officer (CPO). Is it you?

As the Chief Product Officer (CPO)  you will be a member of the Evive executive team reporting to the CEO.  As the CPO you will be responsible for driving and growing Evive's product. In this position you will lead a global team of strategy subject matter experts, product designers and product management (Product Managers, Product Owners and Product Analysts). 

In this role you oversee all facets of our product which includes insights, planning, activation, development, design and measurement functionality. In addition you will ensure that all data, technology services and deliverables meet and exceed the needs of Evive clients. You will work regularly across internal and external stakeholders to keep up with trends in the marketplace, find areas of opportunity, and work within the agile development structure to bring continuous product enhancement to fruition.

  • Manage the Product teams to structure and solve problems, as well as collaborate and coordinate with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify market opportunities and define product vision and strategy through collaboration on product roadmaps and milestones.
  • Design and drive the product roadmap and portfolio for both short- and long-term growth by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Have a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps, and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience, and drive growth.
  • Cross functionally partners with engineering teams to deliver product enhancements to the market. 
  • Lead Product Management teams to align on implementation and phasing of continuous improvements.
  • Responsible for the overall experience of platforms.
  • Be a strategic partner and resource for all aspects of Product.
  • Build product awareness and understanding, and drive product launches.
  • Gather and analyze feedback in support of performance analysis for products and continual improvement.
  • Work with limited direction, usually within a complex and often ambiguous environment, to drive rigorous, fact-based recommendations.
  • As a member of the executive team, participate in and help lead company strategy
  • Other duties as assigned or required by the business.

You bring a lot to the table.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field of study, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • The ideal candidate will bring 15+ years’ experience with at least 10+ years’ experience in product management and/or product strategy in a SaaS organization.
  • Has superior strategic, analytic and problem solving skills, and is capable of clearly communicating a long-term vision across the company and clients.
  • Track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
  • Solid experience developing product and marketing strategies and effectively communicating recommendations to executive management.
  • Strong technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
  • Natural collaborator, with excellent communication skills and strong leadership presence. Must be disciplined and comfortable with ambiguity, possessing the maturity and capability to interact and influence across multiple levels of a global matrixed organization.
  • Operate in a fast-paced environment with a focus and determination to achieve high-quality results.
