Chief Revenue Officer

As the Chief Revenue Officer, you will lead our efforts in US Sales, Regional Training, Global Marketing, Direct-to-Consumer (DTC), Canada, Amazon, Europe DTC, and International Distributor Marketing and Sales. This role requires a strategic and dynamic leader who can create and implement comprehensive strategies to drive revenue growth while ensuring brand integrity and customer satisfaction.

*This position will be located in our Darien, CT office. Alternate locations may be considered for the right candidate. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Revenue Leadership: Develop and execute an integrated revenue generation strategy that drives growth across all channels, including DTC, e-commerce, and international markets.
  • US Sales Management: Oversee the US sales team, within the VA as well as commercial business development ensuring alignment with business goals and providing support through training and coaching. Foster a culture of accountability and high performance.
  • Regional Training Development: Implement training programs for sales teams and distributors to enhance product knowledge and selling skills, ensuring consistency in messaging and approach.
  • Global Marketing Strategy: Lead the development and execution of global marketing initiatives that elevate brand visibility and drive customer engagement across various markets.
  • Direct-to-Consumer Focus: Optimize our DTC sales channels, enhancing user experience and leveraging digital marketing strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention.
  • Amazon Strategy: Drive growth in the Amazon marketplace through strategic product positioning, optimized listings, and effective marketing campaigns.
  • International Growth: Identify opportunities for expansion in Canada and Europe, establishing partnerships with distributors and tailoring marketing efforts to meet regional needs.
  • Performance Analytics: Utilize data-driven insights to monitor sales performance, assess marketing effectiveness, and make informed strategic adjustments.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, operations, and finance to align resources and ensure the successful execution of revenue strategies.
  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing revenue team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and a results-oriented culture.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in senior sales and marketing leadership roles, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through diverse sales channels, including DTC, Amazon, and international markets.
  • Strong experience in developing and executing training programs for sales and marketing teams.
  • Excellent understanding of e-commerce platforms and strategies, particularly Amazon.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a knack for inspiring cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support business objectives.
