Position Overview: As the Chief Strategy & Product Officer, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our company. You will be responsible for defining, planning, and implementing our strategic vision, ensuring that we remain at the forefront of the SAAS industry. Working closely with the executive team and other stakeholders, you will drive growth, innovation, and market leadership.
Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute the company's strategic plan, aligning it with the long-term vision and goals of the organization.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Business Development: Explore and assess potential partnerships, mergers, acquisitions, and new market opportunities to expand the company's reach and revenue streams.
• Product and Service Expansion: Collaborate with product and development teams to identify opportunities for enhancing existing offerings and launching new solutions.
• Performance Analysis: Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and measurement systems to evaluate the effectiveness of strategic initiatives.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks that could impact the company's strategic goals and financial performance.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, partners, and clients.
• Communication: Effectively communicate the company's strategic vision to all levels of the organization, ensuring alignment and commitment.
• Team Leadership: Lead and develop a strategy team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and results-driven performance.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role with at least [15] years of experience in strategy, product management, or a related field, preferably within the SAAS industry.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable strategies.
• Strong strategic thinking, vision, and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
