Innovation: Identify emerging technologies and trends, and assess their applicability to our federal government projects. Drive innovation by introducing new technologies and approaches into our solutions.

Client Engagement: Act as a technical advisor to federal government clients, helping them understand the benefits and capabilities of our technology solutions.

Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership and mentorship to technology teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

Compliance and Security: Ensure that all technology solutions and proposals adhere to federal government security standards (e.g., NIST, FedRAMP) and compliance requirements.

Vendor and Partner Relationships: Manage relationships with technology vendors and partners, assessing their offerings and negotiating contracts to support our projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees (e.g., MBA) are a plus.
  • Proven experience (minimum of 10 years) in technology leadership roles, with a strong background in federal government contracting.

  • Adept at building and maintaining relationships with technology vendors and partners.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.
