What You Will Do :

• Serves as the strategic leader for the OCM effort championing the vision for change and ensuring alignment of OCM activities with the overall CCWIS program objectives.

• Owns the development integration and execution of the comprehensive Organizational Change Management Plan ensuring it addresses needs of Affected Parties business process impacts communications long-term sustained adoption and effective knowledge transfer.

• Proactively engages executive sponsors program leadership and key Affected Parties to build commitment drive alignment and secure buy-in for change initiatives.

• Leads collaboration across internal teams external vendors and Affected Parties to ensure seamless coordination of change activities and consistent messaging.

• Manages and maintain the Project Plan

What You Will Need :

• Minimum Seven (7) years experience in leading OCM initiatives for large scale transformation projects.

• Bachelor's degree.

• Expert understanding of OCM frameworks methodologies and approaches.

• Strong leadership communication and people management skills.

• Ability to adapt to changing requirements and collaborate across diverse populations and Affected Parties.

• Must hold at least one of the following certifications: Prosci Change Management Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) or Lean Six Sigma.

• Must be willing to travel for meetings as needed.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Must be US citizen Or Permanent resident.

• Must be able to pass the govt background check.

What Would Be Nice To Have :

• Certifications: Relevant certifications such as PMP or SAFe Agilist.

The annual salary range for this position is $118000.00-$196000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill sets experience and training security clearances licensure and certifications and other business and organizational needs.
