Education/Experience:

We are open to a wide array of backgrounds that could contribute to our mission at Arcadia. We are looking for candidates who have demonstrable expertise in their fields who we can learn something new from. Applicants should have at least 5 years of experience in their field, concrete examples of work, and relevant references. We are excited about candidates who are values-driven leaders in their respective domains.

Submission Process:

Interested individuals should send a resume and a one-page cover letter delineating how they would raise the bar at Arcadia. In the cover letter, include a succinct proposed job description that we should consider. Arcadia has a strong preference for candidates who can work on-site and can articulate how their skills and goals align with Arcadia’s mission.
