This role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced implementation and consulting professional who enjoys leading digital transformation projects for enterprise clients. You will play a central role in guiding customers through the successful deployment and adoption of innovative SaaS solutions, ensuring their operational goals are fully aligned with platform capabilities. Acting as both a strategic advisor and project lead, you will collaborate with stakeholders across multiple industries to deliver seamless onboarding experiences and long-term success strategies. The environment is fast-paced, international, and highly collaborative, providing exposure to cross-functional teams and modern technologies. This position is ideal for someone who combines strong project management expertise with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Accountabilities:

  • Lead end-to-end implementation projects for enterprise customers, ensuring successful onboarding, delivery, and adoption of the platform.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, milestones, and stakeholder communications to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.
  • Analyze customer business processes, operational challenges, and objectives to recommend tailored implementation strategies and best practices.
  • Configure and customize platform environments to align with customer workflows, operational needs, and long-term business goals.
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and onboarding programs for administrators, leadership teams, and end users to maximize platform adoption.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing ongoing guidance, proactive support, and strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Customer Success, and Sales to support successful implementations and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer outcomes, optimize processes, and drive long-term platform engagement and value realization.
  • Requirements:

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, implementation consulting, or SaaS deployment environments.
    • Strong understanding of software implementation methodologies, customer onboarding processes, and change management principles.
    • Proficiency with Google Workspace tools and ability to work effectively within digital collaboration environments.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
    • Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach to customer challenges and operational issues.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international, and fully remote work environment.
    • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a customer-focused and collaborative attitude.

    • Fluent or native-level English proficiency is required.
