Core Responsibilities

1. Assists with various moderate complexity Human Resources operational activities, including but not limited to onboarding, vendor management, expense reimbursement, scheduling and logistics, etc. May communicate with third parties and crew to resolve moderate complexity issues.

2. Anticipates client needs and provides consistent operational support for one or more workstreams. Processes more complex transactions in various internal systems and ensures client needs are met.

3. Leverages various internal systems to respond to, document, and monitor inquiries. Educates crew on self-service options.

4. Builds Human Resources acumen and business acumen to serve crew more effectively.

5. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Two years related work experience.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
