About the Role:
The Life Cycle Management (LCM) Cisco Renewals Specialist will be responsible for supporting the LCM Client Services Team on Customer Support Renewals for the Cisco product line. The LCM Cisco Renewals Specialist will work with the LCM Client Services Team to determine client requirements and create accurate renewal quotes for clients. This role will assist the LCM Renewals Manager with mentoring and developing the Renewal Associate Team Members. In addition, the LCM Cisco Renewals Specialist will participate in the sales process as an extension of the Account Executives by building relationships with the clients, manufacturers, and distributors.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and prioritize Cisco Service opportunities through ticketing system in Autotask.
- Maintain CRM (NetSuite) data for opportunities/forecasts, client information and maintain account lists (Send to LCM Client Services Team proactively).
- Meet with internal teams to provide status updates on outstanding opportunities, upcoming renewals, etc.
- Work closely with LCM Manager to report inefficiencies or issues with workflow process.
- Build accurate quotes out of CCW-R.
- Provide LCM Reps with accurate Cisco Service Renewal quotes.
- Manage and Quote Annuities (SaaS & Subscriptions) and provide to LCM Rep.
- Assist LCM Client Reps with follow-up quoting or order questions.
- Accurately process client transactions such as orders, quotes, or returns.
- Send LAMP Data Team order completions to upload into LAMP.
- Collaborate with accounting as needed to ensure completion of any open accruals to close out orders.
- Communicate constructively to management and team members on problems, ideas, best practices, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain and expand proficiency of current Cisco products and solutions, as well as services portfolio.
- Obtain Cisco training as time permits.
- May perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications & Interests:
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of Cisco maintenance renewal sales experience preferred
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, excellent time management skills and able to effectively prioritize tasks.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail to meet deadlines.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Basic accounting skills.

- Excellent organization skills with an ability to manage competing demands.
- Proficiency in CCW-R, CCW & EAMP
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Knowledge in Annuities (EA, SaaS & Subscriptions) preferred
- Strong understanding on Information Technologies is preferred.
