Summary
The Cityworks Designer/Configurator will work directly with our clients and our functional/technical teams to understand and implement their Cityworks configuration requirements. This individual will also be responsible for ensuring that deliverables meet client standards and expectations. The successful candidate will work on multiple tasks simultaneously and be a team player.
This position will be reporting to the Design/Build Lead and the Program Manager.
Responsibilities

• Functional/technical expertise with Cityworks application configuration development
• Document and/or finalize business use cases and requirements
• Develops designs based on Business Requirements
• Document and/or finalize process flows and align to application capabilities
• Hands-on configuration of Cityworks applications to meet design requirements

Requirements

• 4-year college degree or relatable professional experience (at least four years)
• Cityworks experience and technology experience
• Knowledge of configuring Cityworks to meet Application Design Standards using typical Design, Build, Unit Test methods.
• General Consulting experience at a top tier consulting firm - preferred
• Heavy Industry (utilities, mining, refining, manufacturing, chemicals) Experience desired
• Intimate knowledge of Application Design Standards
• Ability to communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing
• Familiarity with Microsoft based applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project)
• Possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Has strong oral and written communication to provide presentations to management
• A team player with the willingness to assist coworkers on other projects as required
• Understanding of the business analysis and project management methods
• System Development Lifecycle (Waterfall and Agile) understanding
