Civil Engineer - PE

AEI is currently seeking a mid-level engineer with a minimum of 4 years' experience in design and project/client management looking to take the next step in their career. This individual will help lead the project design, client communication, and management on a wide range of large and small projects. Applicant must be responsible, highly motivated and a detail oriented individual who is seeking more opportunity in their career. This position provides a motivated individual willing to grow with the changing skills and technology required of an engineer and opportunity for advancement in a robust region. 

Responsibilities and Duties

• Design and develop project plans and criteria for a variety of highway/civil projects.
• Plans, schedules, conducts or coordinates detailed phases of the engineering
• Prepares for approval scopes, budgets and schedules for assignments
• Actively involved with clients and business development 

Qualifications and Skills

Required Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering
• PE License in Georgia
• Self-motivated, team-oriented individual with ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the delivery of projects for government agencies, and local municipalities.
• Microstation and/or InRoads proficiency
