  • Evaluate and negotiate settlements using established guidelines, balancing customer needs with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Document all claim activities accurately and timely in internal systems to ensure compliance, traceability, and financial protection.
  • Apply policy interpretation and investigative techniques to assess coverage validity and resolve complex claim scenarios.

    • Excellent communication skills, especially over the phone, with the ability to build rapport and explain complex information clearly.
    • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to manage complex, fast-moving claim situations effectively.
    • Familiarity with insurance policies, claims systems, and structured claim handling methodologies.
    • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing time, priorities, and documentation with accuracy.
    • Licensing requirements may apply depending on jurisdiction, with willingness to obtain necessary adjuster licenses within required timelines.
    • Benefits:

      • Competitive annual salary ranging from $50,000 to $75,050, based on experience and qualifications.
      • Performance-based compensation structure with potential eligibility for a sign-on bonus (for licensed candidates).
      • Full benefits package from day one, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability coverage.
      • Retirement savings options such as 401(k) and pension plans, plus additional financial wellness programs.
      • Paid time off, flexible scheduling options, and support for work-life balance.
      • Remote-first role with provided equipment (laptop, monitors, headset, peripherals) and monthly internet reimbursement.
      • Training, onboarding support, and ongoing development opportunities to support career progression in claims.
