Classified Material Control Specialist

Leidos has an opening for a Classified Material Control Specialist located in Huntsville, AL.

Position Summary:
Candidate selected will be responsible for providing document control services for multiple locations in the Huntsville, AL area.

Primary Responsibilities:
They will support all aspects of document control including SIMS database, processing incoming and outgoing classified material, inventory, and supporting the ISSM/ISSOs.
They will provide day-to-day document control security support to multiple classified programs and interface with external/internal customers to provide required documentation and proper security classifications in compliance in accordance with the NISPOM.

They will support internal customers with marking and controlling classified information.
Candidate will also conduct closed work area security procedures (opening and closing areas, alarm response, security moves, and other duties as assigned) and properly handle classified material (receipt, transmittal, sign in/out, filing, wrapping, marking, destruction, distribution, courier, and various products and materials.).

Basic Qualifications:
-High School and 3+ years of experience.
-They will maintain a regular and predictable work schedule and establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department, the Company, and the external security professionals.
-Candidate will interact appropriately with others to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
-Other duties will be performed as necessary, and some possible travel and overtime required.
-While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, or crawl for long periods throughout the workday.
-Must be able to obtain a Top Secret security clearance.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $48,100.00 - $86,950.00
