CLS Internship Overview

Each intern will be assigned a project affording the opportunity to actively contribute to the organization, build a comprehensive understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, and the role CLS plays at creating solutions for Lilly. Interns will interact with other CLS professionals, including Lilly senior management. Professional development and social events will be held throughout the summer. At the conclusion of the work period, each intern will present their project highlights; findings and general internship accomplishments to CLS professionals, and senior management. Project opportunities are available in the following areas:

Clinical Labs

Clinical Labs - Study Management

Requirements:
  • Currently attending school for undergraduate - Sophomore or Junior in Science, Life Sciences, Medical/Clinical Technology, Healthcare, Nursing or related field.
  • Currently attending school for master's program and completed at least 1 semester in Science, Life Sciences, Medical/Clinical Technology, Healthcare, Nursing or related field.
  • Expected graduation by August 2025


Desired Experience:

  • Leadership experience inside and/or outside the classroom
  • Demonstrated Teamwork/Interpersonal Skills
  • Strong Analysis/Problem Assessment Skills
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
  • Scientific/Laboratory/Healthcare background and/or experience

  • Interns may be considered for full-time positions upon graduating college based on their internship performance and position availability.
