Clean up and Demolition Laborer

About the Role: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Environmental Cleanup & Demolition Laborer to join our team. This role involves supporting site remediation and light demolition projects across various locations. Key Responsibilities: • Perform light demolition tasks using hand tools such as brooms, shovels, rakes, hammer drills, and wheelbarrows. • Clean and remediate dried oil spills from surfaces including concrete, soil, and equipment. • Assist with demolition cleanup in basements, buildings, and other work sites. • Set up and maintain containment areas using absorbents, booms, and barriers. • Load and unload materials, tools, and debris safely and efficiently. • Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times. • Support site preparation and post-demolition cleanup efforts. • Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools, vehicles, and work areas. • Complete daily work logs and follow instructions from supervisors. Qualifications: • Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions. • Familiarity with basic hand tools and safety procedures. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. • Reliable transportation to job sites. • Previous experience in environmental cleanup or demolition is a plus but not required.
