Cleaner

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring a safe and pleasant atmosphere for all occupants. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Duties • Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in designated areas. • Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure hygiene standards are met. • Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly. • Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report any shortages or needs for replenishment. • Follow safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment. • Respond promptly to cleaning requests from staff or management. • Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, including deep cleaning tasks. Qualifications • Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not required. • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team. • Good physical stamina; ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the shift. • Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and safety procedures is a plus. • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
