What You'll Do
The Cleaning Associate is responsible for ensuring that Munchkin colleagues and visitors are working in an environment that is clean and sanitary. The main responsibilities of this position will be disinfecting and cleaning surfaces and, in all areas and touchpoints in the office.

• Clean and disinfect touch point surfaces multiple times per day
• Ensure that surfaces such as all door handles, counters, handrails, faucets, and tabletops are disinfected.
• Clean surfaces within offices, rooms, breakrooms, meeting tables and equipment
• Utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as a mask, shield, and gloves during cleaning process
• Follow all cleaning and disposal protocols
• Provide an exceptional customer experience by ensuring the customer is always the priority
• Ensure all sanitation station items are fully stocked: face covering, gloves, hand sanitizer, disinfectant, spray, paper towels, tissues
• Other duties may be assigned

• Ability to read, write, and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers, peers, and management
• Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
• Prior experience in cleaning and sanitizing required
• Physical Demands: This position involves regular walking, standing, sitting for extended periods of time, hearing, and talking
• May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, or crouching
• May involve moving or lifting items under 30 pounds
• Using cleaning and disinfectant agents for cleaning
