Cleaning specialist

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring a safe and pleasant atmosphere for all occupants. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to follow established cleaning protocols. Duties • Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors. • Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and other common areas. • Dispose of trash and recycling in accordance with company policies. • Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stocked and in good working condition. • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. • Follow all health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties. • Assist with special cleaning projects as needed. Requirements • Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not required. • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. • Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting up to 25 pounds. • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. • Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including evenings or weekends if required. • A valid driver’s license may be beneficial for roles requiring travel between locations.
