 CURRENT OPPORTUNITY: Client Account Administrator
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Work with Client Account Management Team and Information Management Team via telephone and email
• Project progress tracking and quote development
• Communications with internal service team and external vendor service team
• Running reports and following up on all service requests within your range
• Applicants must have a background in project management, computing skills (including Microsoft Office programs and tools), and be a dependable team player.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Experience within the HVAC industry is a plus.
