JOB SUMMARY

This role is designed to provide in-depth product knowledge for addressing client issues resulting in greater client satisfaction and enhance sales efforts. Dane Street's success relies on individual and team contributions every day. We care for our customers, each other, and Dane Street. We are seeking a strong contributor to join our National Account Management team. The candidate must possess the right balance of relationship-building skills, problem-solving abilities, and business development experience to significantly impact Dane Street's existing book of business.

MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Increase sales efforts through the enhancement of client satisfaction and development of client relationships.

Create and execute a strategic account plan to increase revenue and referral opportunities.

Assist with the training of appropriate staff on handling of assigned products and services.

Review contract for client SLAs and monitor for operational adherence to same.

Provide suggestions when new protocols should be put into place to help with achieving SLAs. Addressing and resolution of significant issues, escalations from clients in concert with Dane Street's Operations and Clinical teams.

Triage client requests with appropriate departments including but not limited to data analysis, panel updates and oversight reporting.

Provide feedback to appropriate operations/IT team members.

Schedule and lead client meetings. Prepare materials including meeting agendas and PowerPoint presentations.

Schedules in person meetings with top targeted accounts.

Other duties & special projects, as assigned and based on business needs.

EDUCATION/CREDENTIALS

A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

JOB RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

Account Management experience.

Prior work with a Health Plan or Independent Review organization involving Utilization Management is preferred.

Computer skills a must.

Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting is preferred.

JOB RELATED SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:

Present exceptional communication skills with a clear understanding of Utilization Review / Utilization Management.

The ability to apply critical thinking, manage time efficiently and meet specific deadlines.

Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication/presentation skills both written and verbal.

Ability to lead and present webex and in person meetings internally and client facing.

Willingness and desire to travel to all required national account locations Strong customer service and business development mentality.

Demonstrated customer retention and revenue impact in previous organizations, with proven market share.

Computer literacy and typing skills are essential.

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Any lifting, bending, traveling, etc. required to do the job duties listed above. Long periods of sitting and computer work.

WORK FROM HOME TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

Supply and support their own internet services.

Maintaining an uninterrupted internet connection is a requirement of all work from home position.
