Client Account Manager
Job Description
What you will be doing:
- Provides ongoing direction and support as Account Manager to a defined list of Rightsholder Accounts ensuring that the relationship and revenue needs of both CCC and the rightsholders are achieved
- Creates and delivers periodic account reviews to multiple levels within the publishing house
- Helps inform and educate the rightsholders on the ways CCC creates value for the account and the wider industry
- Meets assigned targets for Revenue, Inventory and other business objectives as defined by the Executive Director
- Evaluates, clarifies, and validates rightsholder needs on an ongoing basis
- Actively extends the network with identified personas within the assigned client base
- Is dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external stakeholders leading to high customer satisfaction ratings (for example in the annual satisfaction survey)
- Internally aligns, manages, and streamlines CCC's output to the designated rightsholders
- Working with Executive Director, Rightsholder and International Relations, creates and maintains Key Account Plans
- Generates sales leads for CCC services and drives revenue and operational efficiencies where applicable
What you'll need :
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2+ years account management experience
- Publishing industry experience preferred
- Skilled at building relationships and able to interact with all levels of an organization in and outside of the US
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confident and experienced in the use of a range of software tools (e.g., MS Office, Salesforce, etc.)
- Must be able to travel occasionally and independently and be able to represent the company externally
- Project management experience desirable

Compensation range: 70k to 100k USD
The actual salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, licensure, certifications, related experience and other related factors.
Other compensation: Incentive compensation, 4% 401k match + 2% company contribution, company-funded vision plan, three weeks' vacation plus one week of personal time off
