The Sr. Analyst will support the CareAllies Value Based Programs (VBP) team. In addition to supporting key regulatory and operational needs of our Direct Contracting Entities (ACO REACH), Accountable Care Organizations (ACO) and other value based clients, the VBP Sr. Analyst will support the VBP Administrators: helping them to leverage the CareAllies toolkit for success, executing data and reports, and disseminating regulatory and industry updates. The Sr. Analyst will also support market research and business development inquiries.

  • Support preparation of monthly DCE (ACO REACH)/ACO board/committee meeting agendas and materials.
  • Support preparation of quarterly all provider meeting materials.
  • Support review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and quality reports with VBP Administrators.
  • Support review of regulatory and program updates with VBP Administrators.
  • Gain proficiency in Arcadia Analytics: be able to navigate system, run key reports, and coach users on functionality applicable to DCE (ACO REACH)/MSSP operations and other value based clients.
  • Interface with DCE (ACO REACH)/MSSP clinical teams to ensure seamless operations and synchronization of strategic initiatives.
  • Interface with CareAllies shared services teams such as legal, reporting & analytics, enablement, marketing, and business development.
  • Support strategic partnership with DCEs (ACO REA)CHCHCH), ACOs and other value based clients.
  • Liaison with key provider partners and key CIN stakeholders as required to support critical business relationships.

Knowledge:
  • Foundational understanding of health care informatics (i.e. PMPMs, Utilization rates, risk adjustment, evidence based or quality metrics)
  • Foundational understanding of federal rulemaking preferred
  • Office 2010: Advanced skill working in full suite of MS Office 2010 products
  • Excel 2010: Advanced skill working in Excel 2010 including ability to run formulas and pivot tables
  • Professionalism- Emulates a professional image and works well with all stakeholders, including beneficiaries
  • Confidentiality- Possesses high- level ability to maintain confidentiality and security of information, while respecting beneficiary right to opt out of data sharing
  • Responsiveness- Provides timely and accurate response to questions, concerns, and issues
  • Analytical- Skilled in critical analysis of population data and translating it into actionable items at the beneficiary level

  • Ability to understand standard reports
  • Ability to navigate Arcadia Analytic system
  • Ability to interpret regulatory guidance preferred


For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $50,000 - $83,400, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
