Client Accounting Representative

Job Summary
Works closely with the other Accounts Receivable Specialists to maintain the proper work flow for billing and accounting. Maintains relationships with Healthcare Organizations and Associate Vendors nationwide. Resolve effectively open items.
Job Responsibilities
- Processes the daily deposit (application of payments to customer invoices and schedule vendor disbursement based on benefit package terms).
- Prepares Daily Report - daily transaction processing to record all disbursement details into Sage, including check reversals/reissues.
- Reconciles Daily Deposit and Daily Report duties.
- Ensures the Daily Transaction file is prepared.
- Processes all Sales Force cases for billing terms set up.
- Provides weekly reports to specified Account Managers and Vendors.
- Updates the Customer Service documents (daily).
- Manages filing of supplier W-9's.
- Prepares all month end reconciliations.
- Performs weekly invoice upload, create new working documents for the week.
- Education
- Bachelor's Degree | Preferred
- Minimum Work Experience
- 3+ years of accounts receivable, billing, customer service or other relevant office experience

Pay Rate
$22.75 - $27.00 Hourly
Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
