Client Accounting Specialist

We are seeking a Client Accounting Specialist (or Expert) depending on the candidate's experience level

About the Role

• Work closely with clients on treaty terms & conditions, identify and share standard methodology, provide innovative ideas to enhance business results.
• Team up with Technical Accounting and Client Market colleagues to address and resolve operational issues/concerns.
• Collaborate with clients and internal partners to support Market Unit strategies.
• Work in partnership with Client Review Services team to support administration reviews and deliver world class audit services.
• Participate in cross-functional global projects to develop global best practices.
• Develop and host annual Admin Forum for clients.

Essentials:

• Strong financial analysis skills
• Bachelor's degree or relate work experience in an insurance/reinsurance environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-starter and inquisitive nature
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power BI, Word, Power Point)
• Strong solution and results oriented individual with pragmatic problem-solving skills

Nice to haves:

• Bilingual in English and French
• LOMA designation completed or in progress
