As a Client Associate at Array, you will act as a trusted advisor to our clients, building a deep understanding of their needs, while developing long term partnerships. You will identify opportunities for our clients to get the most out of Array's suite of products, skillfully collaborating with internal and external partners and stakeholders to drive usage, upsells, renewal opportunities, and customer success. We are looking for well-rounded strategic operators to help us build out our Partner Growth Team, specifically in our Credit Services and Financial Institution verticals. This is a fully remote position in the US reporting into a client partner lead.

What you'll do

  • Own the post-sale engagement, growth, and success of a portfolio of Array clients
  • Ability to drive cross-sell opportunities for additional Array products and features across long-term, consultative engagements
  • Implement strategies for driving product adoption and client retention with a book of business
  • Advise clients on optimal marketing campaign strategies to help achieve their target business goals and expand Array's depth in a client's user engagement strategy
  • Experience managing projects with input from cross-functional teams and leaders at Array
  • DevelopSubject Matter Expert (SME) in Array's product roadmap, basic integration types, and go-to-market strategies
  • Partner internally with Array Deployment teams and troubleshooting teams to optimize client implementations and resolve technical challenges.
  • Advocate for your clients internally by sharing client feedback, usage patterns, and insights with the Product and New Business sales teams to continuously improve the user experience

What We're Looking For

  • 1+ years of experience in a client facing role.
  • Ability to understand complex ecosystems and build great relationships with technical and non-technical customers.
  • Proven record of success in developing relationships, optimizing customer accounts, and working with technical products.
  • Previous experience (or willingness to learn) about SaaS, FinTech, and platform products.
  • Motivation to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment.
  • Knack for balancing customer experience and satisfaction with opportunity prioritization and upsells.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

Nice to haves

  • Experience with business analytics tools (Domo, Tableau, Looker, Datastudio, etc.) and prototyping tools like Figma
  • Previous success driving increased client engagement for usage based, API driven products
  • Experience working with Banks, Credit Unions, or in the Credit Services space.
