Your role
We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused Client Associate to support and add to our top-performing team. The ideal candidate will possess a keen attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of client service and the cornerstone of our business model contributing to the overall success of our team and the satisfaction of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:β’ Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing timely responses to ensure exceptional client satisfaction.β’ Administrative Support: Assist financial advisors in scheduling appointments with clients and investment partners, preparing documents, and managing client records.β’ Account Management: Process account openings, transfers, and maintenance, ensuring all client information is accurate and up-to-date.β’ Documentation: Prepare and review financial documents, reports, and presentations for client meetings, ensuring all materials are accurate and professionally presented.β’ Compliance: Ensure all client interactions and transactions comply with industry regulations and company policies.β’ Communication: Facilitate effective communication between client and the team, relaying information and updates as necessary.β’ Event Coordination: Assist the team in organizing client events, seminars, and ensuring all the logistical details are managed efficiently.β’ Problem Resolution: Address and resolve client issues and concerns promptly, escalating to the rest of the team when necessary.β’ Expense Management: Process the teams expenses in a timely manner requesting any additional supporting documentation and ensuring all items are compliant and entered properly.

Your expertise
Qualifications:β’ Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.β’ Skills:
o Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
o Familiarity with financial software and CRM systems.
o High attention to detail and accuracy.
o Ability to work collaboratively in a team environmentβ’ Certifications: Series 7 and Series 66 licenses preferred or willing to obtain.
