CLIENT BILLING COORDINATOR- Remote within Burlington, NC radius

Client Billing Coordinator

The primary responsibilities will be ad-hoc Client Billing/Analysis and Collections activity, as well as placement of Client accounts with several key Client AR vendors. This position will report to the Sr. Director.

Primary responsibilities:

• *Provide customer account management and payment support
• *Receive Deposit Customer Payments and apply to Customer accounts
• *Will be responsible for Subledger Transaction application and adjustments
• *Prepare AR Reports, AR Receipt forecast and Post & Close AR Module
• *Credit and Customer Collection Management responsibilities

Qualifications:

• *High School diploma or equivalent required
• *Minimum 1+yr prior work experience required
• Must be able to work onsite or attend meetings onsite three to four times a month in Burlington, NC (Headquarters)
• Must have capability or willing to get internet speed of 50 mbps for remote work
• *Previous project management or coordination experience with several customers or vendors strongly preferred
• Prior experience with Accounts Payable invoices, Procurement or Accounts Receivable Reconciliations highly desirable
• *Prior Billing Collections experience strongly preferred (particularly in Client Billing- hospitals, commercial, etc)
• *Previous RCM experience preferred

Other desired skills:

• Ability to multi-task and excellent follow up will be key to success
• Strong attention to detail
• Enthusiastic about connecting various vendor requests with internal groups

Pay Range: $15-19/hr (State minimum wages apply if higher)

Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (EST)

Must reside in the Burlington, NC area (radius - within 50 miles)
