Client Cash Management Specialist

Your role

We're looking for a Client Cash Management & Disbursements Keylink Core Processing Specialist to:

• establish yourself as a trusted partner for existing clients• answer clients' questions about things like day-to-day use of our platform and the investment process• facilitate smooth onboarding and training for new users• act as the point of contact between clients and our technical support and development team• identify and recommend ways to improve processes, reduce risks, strengthen controls• commit to a culture of continuous improvement centered on client service

Your team

You'll be working in the Global KeyLink Services team in the US, in close collaboration with the other two regions located in Switzerland and Singapore .

We work closely with front to back office colleagues globally to manage internal and external client queries, like trade allocations, confirmation exceptions and account opening, payments, securities and connectivity. Our key objective is to deliver excellent client services with continuous improvement on process efficiency and risk control.

Your expertise

• previous client services experience, within the financial services industry.• passion for dealing with clients, strong numerical skills and an understanding of Microsoft products.• good presentation skills, capable of presenting our products and services to our clients, on site or conference calls.• good understanding of payments and securities settlement flows.• great communicator, able to build, maintain and enhance relationships at all levels.• comfortable working with internal and external clients • proven ability to improve processes, reduce risks or increase customer satisfaction (you're a keen observer and problem solver)
