As a part-time Client Content Specialist, you will play a key role in managing and creating content that helps our restaurant clients successfully utilize our training software. You will work closely with our clients and internal teams to ensure that all content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with our client's training needs and objectives. The role will start at part-time capacity 30 hours/week, with potential to transition to full-time. How you'll add value:
- Digitize and update existing training materials, including written content, multimedia elements, and interactive modules, tailored to our clients' specific needs.Â
- Serve as a point of contact for clients regarding content-related inquiries. Assist in the onboarding process by providing guidance on content development and implementation.Â
- Review and proofread content for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with industry standards. Ensure all content meets our company’s quality benchmarks.Â
- Work closely with the content development team, instructional designers, and client success managers to ensure seamless content integration and delivery.Â
- Adapt existing training materials and create new content to address specific client requests or feedback.Â
- Assist in the creation of training resources for clients to help them navigate and maximize the use of our learning management software.Â
- Maintain accurate records of client content requests, revisions, and updates. Track content-related metrics and provide reports as needed.Â
- Collect and analyze client feedback on content effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements based on user experience and outcomes.Â
What you'll need to be successful in this role:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Education, Instructional Design, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.Â
- Previous experience in content creation, client support, or instructional design is highly desirable. Â
- A proactive, creative problem-solver with a passion for delivering high-quality content and exceptional client service.Â
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Â
- Proficiency in content management systems and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).Â
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Â
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools is a plus.Â
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Â
- Experience in the restaurant industry is a plus.Â
