Client Development Coordinator, SaaS

We are integrating all the pieces of the ecommerce value chain brands need to thrive, creating a truly end-to-end Ecommerce-as-a-Service platform that helps third party brands move faster, grow more quickly, and deliver on their promises more completely.
This role will assist and work on the SaaS Client Development team to drive expansion and revenue growth for Cart.com Storefront and Multichannel Management software solutions.
* Ability to be Remote.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day client development responsibilities and support all activities of the Client Development team where needed
- Manage monthly and annual contract renewals/upgrades, perform health checks, identify additional opportunities for services and cross sell opportunities
- Update weekly status reports and Hot List items for client development team and the client
- Develop trusted relationships with customers, have a sense for the pulse of the company, make business related suggestions to better the business through Cart.com services, add-ons, and software
Experience:
- Experience in an eCommerce capacity, including all aspects of marketplaces and/or storefront solutions
- Experience in SaaS sales/account management
- Proficient in Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP's & Formulas) and PowerPoint (e.g., Templates & Charts).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to conduct research into project-related issues and products
- Ability to learn and apply new technologies
- Ability to support the Client Development team in a wide variety of duties
Bonus Points:
- Experience in ecommerce, marketplaces, web stores.
