Client Engagement and Implementation Manager
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Client Engagement & Implementation Project Manager who enjoys:Â
- Working with a single large client program to provide focus and organization across work streams.Â
- Digging into the details of the project and the work to be done to provide solutions vs. merely managing a schedule of everybody else's work.Â
- Finding practical processes based on agile, waterfall or a combination of both depending on the client culture and the nature of the implementation work stream.Â
- Implementing enterprise software where configuration, data migration and integrations are commonly all active at the same time.Â
- Learning new industries and systems – taking pride in learning the systems they are implementing as well as the domain in which they operate, resulting in improved problem resolution processes.Â
- Having every month of an implementation project bring new challenges as different phases of the project begin and end.Â
This position is fully remote, open to residents of: FL, GA, IN, OH, PA, and TX. MUST BE A RESIDENT OF ONE OF THESE STATES.
Also required:Â
- Experience as an Implementation Manager, Program Manager or Engagement Manager on sizable multi-year client programs in excess of $5M as a vendor.Â
- Preferred experience to include custom software development projects.Â
- Experience managing projects/programs with multiple simultaneous effort lines:Â
- ConfigurationÂ
- Custom software enhancementsÂ
- Data Migration/ConversionÂ
- Integrations to a range of enterprise systemsÂ
- Ability to glean the approach to each customer by working with senior management and subsequently maintain that approach while managing effort lines.
- Strong communication skills with the team.Â
- Confidence.Â
- A sense of humor.Â
- North American experience in a similar role in Insurance or Financial Services industry.Â
Primary Responsibilities:Â
- Overall delivery of services according to signed contracts, profitability and growth.Â
- Maintaining client satisfaction on all engagementsÂ
- Ensuring all internal and external compliance requirements are met.Â
- Managing resources and project KPIs including internal and client status reportingÂ
- Ability to draft SOW’s as required to implement customer requirementsÂ
- Organizing and scheduling our project resourcesÂ
- Scope management to ensure the project includes what is defined by the Functional LeadÂ
- Sales Support by providing input for preparation of winning sales plans and proposals.Â
- Customer management, especially in demanding situations based upon many simultaneous effort lines.Â
- Employee management/engagement experience.Â
Working Location: This position is fully remote. Travel to client locations will likely be needed sometimes.Â
