Client and Project Management.
- Serve as the primary client contact, cultivating lasting relationships and full satisfaction with project outcomes.
- Develop and continuously refine project plans to address evolving client needs and goals.
- Oversee project scope, risk, schedule, budget, and quality to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Act as the chief escalation contact for project-related issues, managing timely resolutions and change orders.
- Provide comprehensive updates and analysis on project status to clients and internal teams.
Team Collaboration and Coordination.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance multiple projects simultaneously, leveraging web-based project management tools.
- Chair effective status meetings, ensuring meticulous note-taking, clear communication, and assignment of action items.
- Assess new project inquiries, determine necessary resources, delegate responsibilities, and manage deadlines.
- Streamline communication and workflow between internal teams and external partners for seamless project execution.
Quality Assurance and Process Improvement.
- Conduct thorough pre-delivery reviews, coordinate QA processes, and ensure stakeholder expectations are met or exceeded.
- Lead post-project evaluations to collect lessons learned, sharing insights to optimize team performance.
- Identify and implement strategic improvements for internal and client-facing procedures, enhancing efficiency and outcomes.
- Must be a US Citizen or Resident.
- Minimum of 5+ years of digital marketing agency experience working with B2B clients.
- Understanding of the B2B sales and marketing funnel, customer journeys, and demand generation programs and campaigns.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business, or related field.
- Experience with Asana or comparable online project management systems.
- Expertise using Google Workspace (Google Docs, Slides, and Sheets) and MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Proven ability to operate independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment, managing multiple projects with high attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills.
- Strong analytical abilities with experience in utilizing data for insights.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Versatility in roles and adaptability to the shifting demands of a growing company.
- Experience with large enterprise and emerging growth companies.
- Experience leading ABM campaigns.
- Knowledge of marketing automation (Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM (Salesforce) tools.
- Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or CSP are advantageous.
- Advanced analytical and quantitative skills, including Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
