Position Summary
We are looking for a lively Client Executive to join our team in exploring new frontiers and expanding our external communication about the technical visions and market solutions we are developing. As a Client Executive you will be responsible for articulating the status of your client's current operations as well as engaging in opportunities to offer new business initiatives based on the technical development at Softheon and the needs of our clients. A successful Client Executive at Softheon will have a passion for understanding software solutions and how they can impact our client's current and future operations.
A major focus of this role involves connecting quickly in a poised, and enthusiastic way working cooperatively with and through people in order to complete tasks and motivate teams. If you have a knack for understanding people well and using that understanding effectively in motivating and persuading others to act, this is the role for you.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
  • Presenting opportunities for cross selling and up selling products to existing clients
  • Collaborating on monthly Executive Steering Committee presentations with client's executive leadership team
  • Identifying client goals and aligning internal resources to client commitments. Measuring and communicating commitment satisfaction, status and achievement.
  • Developing and maintaining a strong sense of urgency, initiative, and drive to get things done correctly, with emphasis on working with and through people in the process
  • Making decisions under pressure while being considerate of the ideas and advice of others.
  • Controlling all aspects of task to ensure accurate and timely completion
  • Oversee current client operations through reporting metrics
  • Leading and assisting in touchpoint calls to understand client pain points and develop/offer strategic solutions
  • Managing project change orders through our PCO process
  • Representing Softheon during on-site Client meetings and presentations
  • Must be available and on call in the event of any Emergencies that may arise.
  • Travel required less than 15%

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business or related area
  • 3-5 years of experience in an account management position including client upsell quota attainment
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office: Specifically, Excel, Visio and MS word
  • Experience with Voice of the Customer programs
  • Strong sense of urgency, initiative, and drive to get things done correctly, with emphasis on working with and through people in the process
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Collaborative approach to work motivated by bringing out the best in others
  • Ideal candidates will have strong organizational and time management skills while also being self-motivated
