We’re looking for aClient Experience Associatewho genuinely enjoys helping people and can stay cool under pressure. You don’t need a long résumé—what matters most is that you communicate clearly, solve problems efficiently, and make every client feel heard, supported, and valued across channels like chat, email, and phone. Salary starts at $26 per hour Key Responsibilities: • Respond to client inquiries via chat, email, and phone • Troubleshoot issues with clarity, empathy, and professionalism • Accurately document interactions in our support system (e.g. Zendesk) • Escalate complex cases and follow up to ensure resolution • Work closely with internal teams to resolve recurring issues • Share client feedback to help improve our service and products • Always represent the brand with a helpful, client-first approach Requirements: • Excellent communication skills—written and verbal • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools and platforms • Detail-oriented, reliable, and organized • Able to stay calm, composed, and resourceful under pressure
