Who you are:
- Customer-centric, energetic & highly motivated to build relationships with clients.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, with a history of using established systems for tracking projects and communication channels.
- Professional with past experience in client-facing roles, looking for a fast-paced, high-growth opportunity.
What you will do:
- Work with customers to ensure they are utilizing Fivesky to give them the best ROI.
- Coordinate with internal sales, human resources and recruiting teams to make sure the client experience is smooth.
- Follow up on SLA’s, contracts, scheduling both internally and externally.
- Have the confidence to seek new business opportunities and proactively communicate to senior management.
- Use Salesforce, MS Office/G Suite, and various tools to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
Would be awesome if you have:
- Experience working with executive level clients
- Experience in an account management/sales role with a technological company.
