Requirements
Kaltura is looking for a client experience manager to join its growing virtual events team.
As a client experience manager, you will work closely with clients on delivering their virtual events, performing as the expert for user experience and content strategy. You will understand the client’s needs and goals and present the best solutions based on the virtual platform features.
Responsibilities:
·You will be part of the client-facing team working on the virtual event and perform as the user experience and content specialist.
·You will be synced on all product launches and new features to offer the clients creative solutions to execute the desired event experience.
·You will educate the clients on the different features of the virtual platform and walk them through the processes and timelines.
·You will work closely with all internal teams (program managers, support, product, R&D, analytics, training, and creative) and represent the clients' needs and goals in internal discussions.Â
 Requirements:
·2+ years of experience working with clients in the fields of digital marketing, advertising, or production.
·Project management skills - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
·Excellent oral and written communication skills.
·Service-oriented and with a can-do approach.
·Capable of working within a hectic environment, managing concurrent priorities and projects.
·Creative approach to problem-solving and resolving difficult situations
·Planning large events in-person or virtual - advantage
·Previous experience working in a high-tech environment – advantage.
·Experienced working in B2B companies, ideally for consumer products/services - advantage.
