About the Opportunity
The primary responsibility of the Client Experience Specialist is to be the ambassador of Fashionphile and ensure clients experience the highest levels of satisfaction via phone, email or in person. The Client Experience Specialist will also manage appointment calendars and schedules daily to maximize Showroom productivity and business flow. *Perform operational functions, such as shipping, check-in, and other needs. Responsibilities include:
- Greet, check-in clients and offer refreshments
- Verify and update client account profiles
- Assist clients with general inquiries in person, phone and/or email
- Answer phones to schedule appointments, facilitate client service inquiries and requests, and familiarize clients with Fashionphile’s services
- Utilize Admin Calendar to schedule buying and selling appointments to maximize Showroom productivity and flow
- Maintain cleanliness in the showroom, back stock areas and lunchroom
- Participate in cross-training and be flexible to perform varying roles whenever necessary
- Operational Functions include, but not limited to:
- Properly complete inputting item(s) into Fashionphile Admin system/inventory within 24 hours of receiving
- Process inbound and outbound shipments
- Maintain inventory supplies
What We’re Looking For
- Working knowledge of Client Service and valuing the client experience
- Displays basic knowledge of high-end luxury handbags and accessories
- Strong proficiency working with online website. Strong computer skills, including data entry, internet savvy, and quick to learn new programs
- Extremely organized and ability to multi-task
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
