We are seeking a dedicated Client Experience Specialist at Renata’s Organic Skincare. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a warm and seamless experience from the moment they arrive. Your responsibilities will include: β€’ Personalized Client Care:Greet clients with warmth, offer refreshments, and guide them to services tailored to their needs. Handle escalations with professionalism. β€’ Appointment Scheduling:Encourage clients to book their next visit at checkout, promoting ongoing engagement with our services. β€’ Performance Metrics:Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) related to rebooking rates, retail conversion, and gift card sales. β€’ Brand Ambassador:Embrace and embody the values of Renata’s Organic Skincare, acting as a role model for the team. β€’ Feedback Collection:Engage with clients before they leave to gather insights and show our commitment to improvement. β€’ Uphold Standards:Ensure that all areas, including waiting and reception, meet brand standards for cleanliness and presentation. β€’ Communication Facilitation:Maintain clear communication with team members and document messages accurately in our system. β€’ Client Education:Share knowledge about services, products, and promotions to enhance the client experience. β€’ Issue Resolution:Address inquiries and concerns with expertise and a focus on client satisfaction. β€’ Transactional Accuracy:Process cash and credit transactions following established protocols. β€’ Team Training:Lead the training of new and existing team members, equipping them with essential skills. β€’ Staff Scheduling:Create and manage staff schedules in alignment with operational needs and budget constraints. Qualifications: β€’ Minimum of 2 years in a customer-facing role, ideally in spa/salon, hospitality, or retail (reservation experience is a plus). β€’ Strong leadership capabilities to guide the team and enhance the client journey. β€’ Experience in training and scheduling team members. β€’ Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to provide mobile customer service. β€’ A proactive approach to anticipating client needs and exceeding expectations. β€’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. β€’ Proficient in computer systems and point-of-sale software. β€’ A genuine passion for the beauty and wellness industry. β€’ Professional appearance and demeanor, representing our brand with pride. β€’ Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends. β€’ Possibility of advancement for right candidate.
