Client Finance Analyst II

The Client Facing Analyst will assist in the overall financial management for our client portfolio, reporting, general day-to-day activities, and revenue related month end close duties.

Essential functions of the job include but are not limited to:

• Assist with the overall client financial efforts including assisting in the preparation of client financial deliverables, including but not limited to the following: taking notes during the monthly status meetings, assisting in project tracking, tracking forecasting, and preparation of monthly financial reports
• Prepare client billings based on contracts, reconcile issues and follow up with customers on past due invoices
• Assist in the preparation of any client financial deliverables including but not limited to monthly accruals and client trackers
• Assist with the preparation and investigation of hours and expenses for client projects incurred to track against forecast and billings
• Setup new projects awarded in all accounting systems and files
• Assist in job code and rate card maintenance · Perform review of client business development opportunities in Salesforce and ensure accuracy across internal schedules and financial trackers
• Support project leads on ad-hoc requests and analysis as required
• Collaborate with other service line's finance departments on intercompany revenue and cost transactions · Assist with the preparation of the yearly revenue budget including assisting in monthly/weekly flash reporting of budget to actuals tracking
• Assist with related ad hoc projects, as required including but not limited to gathering supporting documents for the annual audit

Qualifications:

Minimum Required:

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum concentration in accounting, finance or business
• 2+ years of relevant accounting experience

Other Required:

• May require travel domestically and/or internationally including overnight stays

Preferred:

• Experience with general accounting principals
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Agency or Professional Services experience a plus
• Month end close and revenue recognition experience is preferred
• Client Services/Client Facing experience preferred
