About The Role
You will be joining our North America Client Finance team, specifically the Client Finance team that manages a significant North America client. Your primary role will be to liaise with the Client Services, Planning, and Activation teams as well as the rest of the Finance team and provide them with a robust set of financial data.
Some of the things we’d like you to do:
- Update and review trackers for fee billing and submit for processing in a timely manner
- Manage Month End Close for revenue recognition, maintain staff plan trackers as back-up, and open role deferrals
- Process and review pass-through, overhead, and intercompany billing
- Reconcile our fee billing accounts
- Oversee Media Operation Manager deliverables on media billing/reconciliation status and AR
- Support in PO maintenance
- Prepare quarterly time reporting deliverables for client
- Support in client margin data analysis
- Assist with quarterly forecasts for media spend and commissions
- Administration of client contracts and vendor agreement terms
- Ad Hoc client reporting for media billing estimates, minority spending, etc.
- Support client and product code setup process
A bit about yourself:
- BS/BA degree in Accounting/Finance or related field required
- Strong numerical experience with the Microsoft Office suite (Special experience or highly proficient with Microsoft Excel) and Google Workspace
- Strong and confident communicator, comfortable with dealing with both internal and external parties
- The ability to recognize and resolve problems quickly and efficiently
