Client Financial Specialist

****Please note that at least one year of accounting experience, particularly working with payments is required for this role. **** This is a fully remote position.

We are currently seeking a Client Financial Specialist to join our growing team. If you have a strong attention to detail, excellent math skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, we want to hear from you! 

Schedule: Monday- Friday 9:30 – 6:30 pm est. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Efficiently process a high volume of payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures. 

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment discrepancies and address customer inquiries in a timely manner. 

• Perform calculations based on client requests, ensuring all figures are correct and aligned with client needs. 

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our payment processes and systems, driving efficiency and accuracy. 

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS 

• At least 1 year of accounting experience, particularly working with payments. 

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks. 

• Strong mathematics skills and the ability to perform calculations under pressure. 

• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
