Position Overview:Â
We are seeking a self-starting, talented, and highly-motivated Client Account Executive to join our team. As a Client Account Executive, you will serve as a critical interface to our customers and will be expected to develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients through sales activities, ensuring their satisfaction while driving business growth. As a company focused on enabling customer experiences, all Guides are expected to maintain and provide a high-level customer satisfaction.Â
The most successful Client Account Executives are resourceful, creative, collaborative, quick to respond, aggressively develop pipeline, and are exceptionally curious to listen and learn from their customers. These attributes will allow you to advise confidently and elevate the customers experience during sales engagements with GUIDEcx.Â
Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, goals, and challenges
- Serve as a critical point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing strategic guidance, industry insights, and recommendations to optimize their business outcomes
- Partner with Customer Success Managers to coordinate and conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction levels and identify opportunities for growth
- Account Development and Expansion:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives and develop account strategies aligned with their goals
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue and achieve account growth targets
- Develop and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with existing clients
- Provide an accurate forecast to the business regarding your growth pipeline and strategies for growth.
- Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and customer success, to ensure seamless client experience and alignment of objectives.
- Coordinate with the onboarding team to ensure successful new logo transitions, onboarding and delivery of products or services.
- Share client feedback and market insights to contribute to product development and service enhancements.
- Build relationships with strategic GUIDEcx partners to add value, create pipeline, and grow revenue
- Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to provide clients with valuable insights.
- Conduct regular market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging client needs.
- Adjust account strategies based on changing market conditions and competitive landscape.
Qualifications:Â
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in sales, account management or a client-facing role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-making processes.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify client needs and propose effective solutions.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM software and G Suite.
