Client Implementation Administrator

The Client Implementation Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth onboarding and ongoing support of our clients. This role requires a strong understanding of Salesforce and Smartsheet, as well as excellent organizational and communication skills. You will work closely with the sales and client success teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:
Client Onboarding:
●    Collaborate with the sales team to gather client requirements and documentation.
●    Utilize Salesforce to input and manage client data and records.
●    Create and maintain client implementation timelines and project plans in Smartsheet.
●    Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of client services.
Client Support:
●    Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests.
●    Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
●    Monitor and update client information and progress in Salesforce.
Documentation and Reporting:
●    Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and project statuses.
●    Generate reports and dashboards in Salesforce to track key performance indicators and client progress.
●    Create and distribute regular client reports as needed.
Training and Education:
●    Train clients on how to use our services and tools, including the LetsGetChecked platform.
●    Provide guidance and best practices to clients for optimizing their experience.
Continuous Improvement:
●    Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains in client implementation and support.
●    Share feedback and insights with cross-functional teams to enhance client satisfaction.

What we're looking for...
●    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
●    Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar client implementation or support role.
●    Proficiency in Salesforce and Smartsheet is required.
●    Strong organizational and project management skills.
●    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
●    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
●    Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
●    Healthcare industry experience is a plus.

The base salary range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 per year.
