Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Act as account set up SME for Sales and Ops Management Teams
• Lead client integration partnership between Sales, Ops, and IT
• Ensure complete onboarding to standard automated and centralized carrier and client invoice automation
• Identify and implement client-specific billing automation opportunities
• Support Sales Rep and/or Sales Ops in documenting Account SOP

Required Skills:

• Intermediate Excel skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Organized with strong attention to detail
• Displays an expertise in Optimizer functionality
• Understands Sales and Sales Operations perspective
• Collaborative and problem-solving focused
• Bachelor's Level Degree with 1-2 years of relevant working experience
