We think creatively, we like a challenge and draw inspiration from each other. As a Client Implementation Manager, you will lead the successful deployment of our software solutions. The Client Implementation Manager will be responsible for managing the entire implementation lifecycle, from project initiation to project closure, ensuring that Enlace’s clients are satisfied with our solutions and achieve their desired outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for payer clients during the implementation process, building and maintaining strong relationships with key external stakeholders.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and manage implementation projects to ensure successful delivery of solutions within established timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally across teams, including product, engineering, and client success, to ensure a seamless implementation process and post-implementation support.
• Partner directly with the product team to gain thorough understanding of the product roadmap, uses and applications of new product features, and provide input on roadmap planning based on client learnings.
• Conduct regular implementation status meetings with clients and internal teams, communicating progress, risks, and issues effectively.
• Manage and mitigate implementation risks and issues, identifying potential roadblocks and developing contingency plans to keep projects on track.
• Ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting or exceeding quality standards and client expectations.
• Provide training and support to clients during the implementation process, ensuring that they are fully equipped to use our solutions effectively.
• Demonstrate thought leadership and develop trust with internal and external partners and clients.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Expertise with healthcare insurance claims processing systems and value-based care.
• Experience implementing SaaS solutions, including cloud-based platforms and software applications.
• Significant prior experience in implementation or project management in the healthcare insurance industry.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues effectively.
• Located in Atlanta, Georgia or Columbus, Ohio.
• Ability to travel as required to client sites (up to 25% of the time).
